I try and update the website several times a week, however there will be occassions where an out of stock item will be ordered. To minimise the risk of this ocuring, unless previously agreed please only enter one of any item listed in shopping cart

If any item is put into shopping cart and is out of stock you will be refunded the relevant payment. I do not operate a system of credit.

If you inadvertently order the wrong item and send payment before realising please let us know. We will remove item and refund payment before despatch. If order already despatched you will receive a full refund on return of item.

Please note. Normal examples shown as illustration are NOT included in price of item unless specifically stated. When available they will be provided at no extra charge. They are not guaranteed to be available.

POSTAGE & PACKING
Your prefered delivery method is selected at checkout.  I package all sendings very securely

The minimum charge for P & P on invoice is £1.50 this is for:
-Ordinary First Class for UK orders  75p
-Recorded delivery for UK orders    £1.50
-Ordinary Airmail for Europe           £1.50
-Ordinary Airmail for Overseas        £2.00 
 
You may also select the premium insured services if you require them:
 
For UK orders:                   Special Delivery @ £5.00
For Europe                        International Signed for @ £5.50
For Overseas                     International Signed for @ £6.50
 
IMPORTANT  NOTE
For orders of £300 or over just pay the default basic P & P rate ( £1.50) and I will cover the extra cost of insured delivery. (Special Delivery or International Signed for)

RETURNS
It is extremely uncommon for items to be returned, however I offer a FULL no quibble refund for any item returned in original condition within 7 days (UK) or 14 days (overseas).

In the unlikely event of having to return an item, regardless of type of delivery originally used please return using a form of delivery that requires a signature when we receive it back,proof of your posting the item alone is not proof that we have received it. Your return postage costs will be refunded.

 

CURRENCY

 I only accept payment in GBP (£). However for your ease and convenience the website is able to display prices in many different currencies. Go to "pick your currency" from pale purple bar at top of page. I have included a few of the more common ones. If your preferred currency is not listed please advise and I will endeavour to include. The checkout will display the final order total in GBP (£).

 

CONDITION. 

All items described as unmounted mint can be assumed to be in Post Office fresh fault free condition unless stated otherwise. Scanned images can be subject to the effect of artefact. Any blemishes seen on images can be assumed to be artefact unless specifically mentioned. Please email to enquire if you have any concerns.

BOOKLET PANES. 

All booklet panes will be in fine unmounted mint condition with full perforations on all perforated edges.

BOOKLETS.

All complete booklets will have clean covers and unless stated otherwise all panes contained will have full perforations on all perforated edges

CYLINDER BLOCKS. 

All cylinder blocks will have imperforate margins angled (not cut back or cut square)
